Gabriel: ¹⁹ I have been sent here to help you understand the things that will take place later in the final time of wrath; for everything you have seen refers to the appointed time of the end. ²⁰ The ram you saw by the Ulai Canal, the one with the two long horns, represents the kings of Media and Persia. ²¹ The shaggy male goat represents the king of Greece. The great horn that stuck out between his eyes symbolizes the first king of Greece.
